A secure system

In a typical system sub-metering is connected to the internet with a TCP/IP to serial adapter behind a firewall with ports open. This adapter creates a path for a hacker to exploit. Attacks are possible anytime the installation is visible at the firewall.
eZE System makes a secure internet appliance that makes the set-up and usage of these systems simple and secure.

The eZEio Controller can be configured for sub-metering in minutes. The eZEio Controller opens no ports. It is invisible to the Internet. It does not provide a means for an innocent operator to introduce a harmful virus to the system. It is less costly than a PC, is more robust, and stores data in a backed up, secure off-site database for review anytime. Maintenance is less costly too, because it does not require human intervention for upgrading, patching and verifying security performance.
